FREE LOCAL MONTREAL PICKUP

Your order will be ready for pickup within 2-4 days in the West Island.

I will send you an email or message (with the contact information you share upon checkout) to let you know when it is ready and confirm a date and time for pickup. 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are determined based on Canada Post/Shopify rates.

For all orders over $80, there is a flat shipping rate of $5 - CANADA WIDE ONLY. 

Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 2-4 days. 

If you would like to revise the shipping address after you've placed an order, please send me an email as soon as possible (ems.soapbar@gmail.com) and I will do my best to accommodate (as long as the package hasn't already been sent out of course). 

Please make sure to include the correct delivery information when checking out.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage of a parcel.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any exchanges or returns (unless there is a defect found with the product). I want you to have an amazing experience so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if there is an issue, please contact me via email (ems.soapbar@gmail.com) and I will do my best to make it right.
